Mbombela United won 1 – 0 in a provincial derby against well known Witbank Spurs yesterday. It was a high intensity match with both teams threatening each other’s goalmouths but eventually it was Tommy Mandlazi who complemented evergreen Sifiso Thomo’s fine run to blast a goal from close range.
Since his introduction later in the second half, Mandlazi caused enough damage to the Spurs defense until he eventually register his name on the score sheet in the 88th minute
