On form Mbombela United hit man, Bongani ‘Ronaldo’  Ndlovu has singled out Bheki ‘Pogba’ Maliba as his Best Player of The season. Bongani pointed out that ‘Pogba’ has been a consistent player who maintained the team’s stance regardless of the opponent’s strength and capability.

“Bheki was instrumental in steering the team’s defensive line and linking it with the attacking crew. There where points, several of them where the scoreline would have been otherwise had the opponent bypassed him. Yes we have all played distinctive roles in the team’s performance but because I have to single out one player whose consistency and improvement has been very vital, it has to be him”, said Bongani.

Bongani has also scored 5 goals in Mbombela’s six matches so far this season also looks forward to add increase his tally this weekend when Mbombela United hosts Cape Town All Stars in KaNyamazane this Sunday.
